Every scope of 1,000+ line items counts as one conversion, we don't meter by line item and never charge per line. There is no practical per-scope cap, and lines are never truncated.
Is there a free trial?

Can I pay per file without a subscription?

A pack is a one-time purchase with no subscription, a card is required at checkout, and credits never expire: they are only consumed once your plan's monthly quota is used up (free accounts start consuming credits past their 5-per-month limit).
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 10% on the 25-conversion plan ($1,933.20/year instead of $2,148) and 17% on every plan from 75 conversions up ($4,770.84, $5,966.04, $14,442, $27,390, $52,290 and $124,500 per year). Same features, same everything, just pay for the year up front and save.
How low does the per-file price go?
The published ladder bottoms out at $5.00 per file, the 2,500-conversion plan at $12,500/month, our floor. Nothing on the chart prices below that, credit packs are separate pay-as-you-go purchases, and anything beyond 2,500 conversions a month is quoted individually as a Multi-Branch / Custom agreement.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, self-serve, anytime. Open Manage subscription on your billing page, pick the new plan, and the change applies immediately with a prorated difference (you're charged or credited only the prorated amount, no double billing, no phone call). Downgrades work the same way. You can cancel anytime in a couple of clicks.
