Any scope XML converts, not just Xactimate's export
The structured intake now reads XML from any estimating system, not only Xactimate's export. Xactimate XML still gets the first-class direct conversion, nothing read off a page, and XML from other systems is read structurally: line items come out of the file's own tables, mapped to Xactimate SEL codes and priced for import, with anything unreadable flagged for review rather than guessed.
Same rules as every other intake: nothing is invented, and a file with nothing readable in it is refused with a clear message instead of producing a mangled estimate. If a format still won't read, send it to support and it can be added.
PDFs and job-site photos convert exactly as before, and the preferred input is unchanged: when you have XML, send the XML.

Xactimate XML intake takes the front seat, the cleanest way in
Have the Xactimate XML export? Send that. A structured export converts directly with no OCR and no guessing: line items, rooms, and notes carry through exactly as written. Uploaded from the dashboard it goes through the same checks as any conversion (priced for import, import guard before download, the completeness review on the finished scope); sent to the public API instead, it comes back priced for import, passing the import guard before the download.
The site now says so everywhere: the home page, the converter page, pricing, the FAQ, the API pages, and the AI brief all name the XML export as the preferred input whenever you have the choice. Carrier scope PDFs and job-site photos convert exactly as before.
API customers can POST a scope XML export (or ScopeJSON v1) straight to /api/v1/public/convert/structured, no OCR in the path, and poll and download it like any other job.

Seven plans from 25 to 2,500 conversions a month, down to a $5.00/file floor
The plan ladder now has seven tiers: 25 conversions ($179/mo), 75 ($479/mo), 100 ($599/mo), 250 ($1,450/mo), 500 ($2,750/mo), 1,000 ($5,250/mo), and 2,500 ($12,500/mo). The free plan is unchanged at 5 conversions a month with no card, and every paid plan still includes 1,000+ line items per conversion with no per-line fees.
Published per-conversion rates now run from $7.16 on the 25 plan down to $5.00 per file at 2,500 conversions a month, the published floor, and the site never goes below it. Annual billing saves 10% on the 25 plan and 17% on every plan from 75 up.
Credit packs are unchanged ($29 for 1 file up to $375 for 25 files). The API & Integrations add-on is $49/mo on the 25 and 75 plans and is included from the 100 plan up. Existing subscribers keep their current plan, price, and monthly allowance.
Overage meter rates are retired from the pricing copy: at your cap, conversions pause, no surprise bills. Multi-branch teams, carriers, and operations beyond 2,500 conversions a month get custom quotes.

Plan allowances and published per-conversion rates updated
Monthly allowances are now 20 conversions on Starter, 50 on Professional, and 100 on Enterprise. The annual discounts are unchanged (10% on Starter, 17% on the other plans), and every plan still includes 1,000+ line items per conversion with no per-line fees.
Published per-conversion rates are now $7.45 on Starter, $5.98 on Professional, and $5.99 on Enterprise at full utilization, and the published overage rates are now $11.25 / $9.00 / $9.00 per extra conversion. Overage is still not billed today: at your cap, conversions pause, and you can upgrade a plan or add a credit pack ($29 for 1 file up to $375 for 25 files).

Completeness Advisor, a second pair of eyes on the scope in the dashboard. 93 construction, code & supplemental rules across roofing, framing, plumbing, water damage, drywall, painting, demolition, electrical, cleaning, appliances, fixtures, and finish check for missing code-required and supplement-ready items (gutters on a re-roof, step flashing, drip edge, ice & water shield, detach & reset appliances & fixtures, switch plates, and more). Every suggestion is verified against the code reference, explained in plain English, and cited (IRC, IICRC, or manufacturer instructions). It also flags higher-grade items your description hints at and tells you when a multi-trade scope qualifies for overhead & profit. Suggestion-only, nothing auto-adds; you decide.
Pricing truth, every line carries the price from your source PDF. Coded lines reprice to whichever price list the importing copy of Xactimate has loaded; unmatched lines keep the PDF price and are flagged for review rather than guessed.
The demo workspace has been retired, the free plan (5 conversions, no card) lets you test with your own real scope PDFs instead.
Pricing transparency, the published floor was $3.00 per conversion (Enterprise at full utilization); superseded 2026-09-14 by the Option A rates, the published floor is now $5.98 per conversion on Professional, and Enterprise holds a flat $5.99.
