Affiliate Program Terms of Service

• Any ESXPress account holder may enroll — the free tier works. No paid plan is required to join the Program.
• Enrollment is completed from the Affiliate tab in your dashboard (or at esxpress.org/affiliate), which generates your unique referral link.
• We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any Affiliate's participation at our discretion, including for violation of these Affiliate Terms.

• Commission rate: 20% of the referred customer's subscription.
• 12-month tracking per referral: you earn on a referred subscription for 12 months from the referred customer's signup date, paid monthly while their subscription stays active.
• Commission is computed from the published plan prices — Starter ($149/mo), Professional ($299/mo), Enterprise ($599/mo), and Volume+ ($999/mo). Commission is never calculated from fabricated or unpublished figures.
• Disclosure and earnings: Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on referral activity and referred-customer retention. When you promote ESXPress, you must clearly disclose to your audience that you may earn a commission from qualifying purchases (FTC 16 CFR Part 255).

• A referral is attributed to you when a new customer signs up using your unique referral link.
• Cookie window: 30 days from the initial click on your referral link.
• Referral status is tracked in your affiliate dashboard (pending, active, cancelled) and reflects the referred customer's live subscription state.

• Payouts are paid monthly via bank transfer or PayPal.
• Commissions accrue only on active, paying subscriptions. Cancelled or refunded subscriptions stop earning and may have already-paid commissions clawed back in accordance with our refund policy.

• No self-referral: you may not refer your own account, accounts you control, or otherwise earn commissions on your own purchases.
• No brand-name PPC: you may not bid on “ESXPress” or related brand terms in paid search advertising.
• Anti-abuse: self-referrals are blocked and referral rings are flagged, so commissions go to real referrals. Fraudulent or incentivized signups may be disqualified without payout.

• We may update these Affiliate Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
• Either party may end participation in the Program at any time. Commissions earned before termination remain payable per Section 4, subject to the referred customer's subscription remaining active.
